It has been a revelation to me to learn how often, when I study organizations that far exceed their competition in performance, I find that the primary reason for the improved performance is some technological application, and that behind the development and implementation of the technology is a positive, creative, progressive environment that provided the incubation for the enhancement.

Just as with people, organizations that make a priority of brainpower; that stress constant learning, intellectual growth, curiosity, creativity, analysis, synthesis, problem solving, etc., are exercising their brain “muscle”, and keeping it faster, stronger, more flexible and healthier than lazy, lethargic brains.
